Cut fabric (including 25cm increments) cannot be returned
Bundles are cut to size and cannot be returned once opened or separated
Patterns cannot be returned
Change-of-mind returns (where accepted) are at the customer’s expense
Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced, credited, or refunded

At Megelles Teddy & Patchwork, we take great care when selecting, cutting, and packing your fabrics. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the following before ordering.
We are happy to offer an exchange or a refund for eligible items if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
However, due to the nature of patchwork fabrics, we are unable to accept returns for:
Fabric cut from the bolt (including 25cm increments)
Fabric bundles that have been opened, separated, or altered
Bundles are carefully cut and prepared in the Megelles Studio, and once pieces are separated, they cannot be resold as new.
Please choose carefully, and feel free to get in touch if you would like help selecting fabrics before placing your order.

Any items that have been used, washed, or altered
To be eligible for a return:
Megelles must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
Please contact us before returning any items so we can assist you.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, return postage costs will be reimbursed.
For change of mind: return postage is at the customer’s expense
For faulty or incorrect items: return postage will be reimbursed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and will exclude original shipping costs.
Please note that fabric colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no. All fabric is cut to order (including 25cm increments), so we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Can I return a bundle?
Bundles can only be considered for return if they are completely unused and still in their original, unseparated condition. Once a bundle has been opened or pieces separated, it cannot be returned.
What if I ordered the wrong fabric?
We understand this can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help — but once fabric has been cut, we are unable to accept returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, credit or refund.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Yes, for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage.
Can I get help choosing fabrics before I order?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure, just reach out — we are always happy to help.
