Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not happy with your item/s purchased. Purchaser must pay for return postage. However, if an item is faulty, then the return postage will be refunded.

Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds are available on any of our patterns. Please choose carefully if buying from this category.
To be eligible for a return, Megelles must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items being returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
SHIPPING for returns?
If deemed faulty return postage costs will be reimbursed. If returning due to change of mind, all postage costs are at the expense of the customer.

If your item/s successfully passes our returns inspection, you will be refunded the order amount (excluding shipping costs) via your original payment method and within 7 days of Megelles receiving the returned item/s.
